Forest Bathing in Shere – May Experience

17 May / 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
£39.77

Guided by experienced forest bathing practitioners, these restorative sessions invite you to slow down and reconnect with nature through your senses. Forest bathing (or Shinrin-yoku) is not about walking distance, but about mindful presence—breathing deeply, noticing textures, scents and sounds, and allowing the nervous system to settle.

Taking place at the beautiful Harry Edwards Foundation, this gentle immersion may still catch the tail end of the bluebells, alongside the rich greens of late spring.

Spending time in woodland is known to support wellbeing, helping to reduce stress, support the immune system, and restore balance to both body and mind.

Sessions run in most weather conditions (except high winds or storms), so please dress appropriately.

Suitable for all, no experience needed. Advance booking required, with bookings closing at 2pm the day before.
