Guided by experienced forest bathing practitioners, this gentle 3-hour immersion invites you to slow down and reconnect with nature through your senses. Forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku) is not about distance or exertion, but about mindful presence—breathing deeply, noticing textures, scents and birdsong, and allowing the nervous system to settle.
Taking place at the beautiful Harry Edwards Foundation, this early summer session offers lush greenery, dappled light and a rich tapestry of seasonal life.
To maintain a calm and undisturbed environment, these sessions are designed for adults, and we kindly ask that dogs are not brought along.
Suitable for all, no experience needed. Advance booking is required, with bookings closing at 2pm the day before.
