This mission shapes everything we do—from how we train, to how we support, to how we build long-term partnerships with schools across the South East.
Training with i2i is grounded in a values-led, human-first approach. We believe in people first, taking the time to understand each trainee as an individual and providing personalised guidance, care, and wellbeing support. Our programmes are expert-led and research-informed, combining high-quality theoretical learning with meaningful, school-based experience.
With training centres in Farnham, Reigate, Shepperton, Basingstoke and Southampton, and strong partnerships with local schools, i2i ensures trainees can train close to home so they can focus on developing their practice without a long commute and can build a career in their local community.. Carefully matched placements, trained mentors, and outstanding communication ensure trainees feel supported, challenged, and clear about expectations throughout their journey. Trainees do not simply qualify with i2i; they join a collaborative, inclusive community and emerge as reflective professionals ready to inspire a lifelong love of learning. Many go on to secure roles in partner schools, contribute as mentors, and progress into leadership—strengthening education locally for years to come.
