AdaptDementia can support and help people with dementia and those who care for them. We run Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) groups – a popular programme of social activities, brain stimulation and attention focus – in a fun, non-stressful and informal group setting. Our fun, weekly groups are running now at 40 Degreez, Farnham.

We also run Keep Your Memory Sharp (KYMS) groups and one-to-one support for patients and carers.
