Whether you’re a novice baker and would like to learn the basics of bread making or you’ve mastered some baking skills and would like to take the next step, Amelia’s Bakehouse classes will have you kneading, shaping and baking a variety of delicious artisan bread in no time at all.
All classes are held in small groups in Fetcham, Leatherhead and include all equipment, ingredients, a light lunch, recipes and a big bag of freshly baked bread to take home with you.
One lucky reader will win a place and get to choose from either an ‘Introduction to Bread Making’ or an ‘Introduction to Sourdough’.
