Could you help Phyllis Tuckwell make this Christmas auction their best yet?
The vital local Hospice Care charity is looking for items or experiences to include in its Christmas auction, and would love your help. All of the money raised will go directly towards helping Phyllis Tuckwell provide its specialist palliative and end of life care to local people who are living with an advanced or terminal illness, such as cancer.
Do you have a prize you could donate? Perhaps you are a hairdresser, beauty therapist or massage therapist and could offer a free treatment? Or a restaurant owner who could offer vouchers for a meal or afternoon tea? Could you donate a week or weekend stay in a holiday home, tickets to a theatre or sporting event, or signed memorabilia from a well-known personality or club? Tours of vineyards or distilleries, sports clubs, or other attractions would also be perfect for this fundraising auction, as would gifts such as chocolates, toiletries and drinks.
“We would love to make this Christmas auction our best yet, and raise important money to help provide our vital care to people who really need our help,” said Fiona Chapman, event fundraiser at Phyllis Tuckwell. “We really need your help to do this – so if you are able to offer an item or experience for us to include in the auction, please do get in touch.
