Forest Bathing Among the Bluebells | £39.77

April 26, 2026

Join a guided Forest Bathing experience in the tranquil grounds of Harry Edwards Foundation, as spring bluebells begin to carpet the woodland.

Forest bathing is the mindful practice of slowing down in nature, using your senses to fully engage with the woodland environment. Through a series of gentle guided invitations, you’ll reconnect with the sights, sounds and scents of the natural world while enjoying a relaxed walk through private woodland.

The session concludes with a deeply restorative ‘treelaxation’, a guided meditation beneath the trees. Despite the name, forest bathing involves no water—just a gentle immersion in nature.

Spending time in woodland is known to support wellbeing, helping to reduce stress, support the immune system, and restore balance to both body and mind.

Sessions run in most weather conditions (except high winds or storms), so please dress appropriately.
