The large rear garden consists of a small wood\, a croquet lawn with beds\, a natural swimming pond\, and a large summerhouse. There is also a small orchard and meadow\, along with a walled area by the pickleball court. Many interesting trees\, including a 500 year old sweet chestnut. \nOccasionally garden openings are cancelled please always check on the NGS website https://ngs.org.uk before visiting a garden. \nThanks to the generosity of garden owners\, volunteers and visitors The National Garden Scheme have donated over £77.8 million to nursing and health charities and in 2025 made an annual donation of over £3.8 million.
