A special event by 3 local practitioners who are donating their time for free to help 1st Camelsdale Scouts raise more funds to refurbish their ageing scout hut!
Join them for 2 hours and 45 minutes of pure bliss and relaxation at the end of the week! Designed to coincide with the Spring Equinox and the March full moon, this will be a truly relaxing evening of restorative nature and mindfulness practices, with time to also enjoy a warming and nourishing soup around the fire.
This lovely ‘end of week’ mini evening retreat will include forest bathing (no swim suit required!) – the ancient Japanese wellness practice of spending slow time in the woods to connect with nature to calm our mind and body – followed by a guided meditation to further ease stress and bring feelings of greater balance and clarity. The evening will close with a gentle, restorative yoga practice, suitable for all levels.
