Our next mindfulness stress-reduction course will be run on Saturday mornings in Dorking, starting May 3.
In the 8-week course you can learn effective skills to help reduce anxiety, stress, depression, overthinking, sleep problems and also how to relax, be kinder to ourselves and enjoy life more.
In the sessions we practise simple meditations and do other short activities. MP3s of meditations and course handbook included. There is also a retreat day on Sunday, June 22, 10am-3pm, and optional, online weekly drop-in sessions.
