Mid Surrey Community Fridges – Dorking

Mid Surrey Community Fridges has been operating a community service in Surrey since 2017, saving good food from landfill and supporting those in need. We are currently saving around 7 tonnes of food from being wasted, distributed from our Dorking warehouse and available at 14 locations, 21 times every week.

Our Dorking hub is open everyday, based at the Christian Centre, near St Martins Church, off Dorking Hig Street.

We run on a donation basis, asking visitors to take what they need and give what they can. Our food items vary every day but range from fresh, chilled, frozen and ambient foods. We ask visitors to bring their own bags or tupperware boxes for loose items.
