Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training

Oakleaf delivers internationally recognised Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training, empowering individuals and organisations to champion wellbeing and reduce the impact of mental ill-health at work and in everyday life. These practical courses equip participants with the confidence to recognise early warning signs, provide vital initial support, and guide people towards appropriate professional help.

The next two-day Adult MHFA Certification Course will take place on 25th–26th March 2026. On completion, participants will gain a nationally recognised qualification as a certified Mental Health First Aider, playing a key role in creating healthier, more supportive environments.
