An opportunity at Godalming Museum to explore Godalming Operatic Society’s long links with the town, as this historic Gilbert & Sullivan Society celebrates 100 years of performing in and around the area. Discover the strong links with the famous D’Oyly Carte Opera Company and also celebrate some of the many Godalming residents that have been involved in this successful amateur dramatic society specialising in the hugely popular British Gilbert & Sullivan Operas of the 19th century.
