Forest Bathing in Shere – July Summer Immersion

19 July / 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
£39.77

Guided by experienced forest bathing practitioners, this restorative 3-hour immersion in nature (no water involved) invites you to slow down and reconnect with nature through your senses. Forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku) is not about distance, but about mindful presence—gently awakening awareness through breath, birdsong, scent and the play of light through the trees, allowing the body and mind to soften and reset.

Taking place at the beautiful Harry Edwards Foundation on Sunday 19th July (11am–2pm), this midsummer session offers rich greenery, warm light and the full vitality of the season at its peak.

To maintain a calm and undisturbed environment, these sessions are designed for adults, and we kindly ask that dogs are not brought along.

Suitable for all, no experience needed. Advance booking is required, with bookings closing at 2pm the day before.
