I help people with a range of problems, focussing on issues such as anxiety disorders, low self-esteem, insomnia, pain management, phobias and unhelpful habits as well as relaxation and stress management.
My approach consists of using an integration of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnosis, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Treatment plans are tailored and bespoke to each individual client and their presenting cognitive and behavioural needs.
