Young Driver, the UK’s largest pre-17 driving school, has launched a new venue at Dunsfold Aerodrome. And despite it being best known as the home of BBC’s Top Gear, now it will play host to youngsters aged 9 to 17, who will be learning safe, responsible driving in dual-controlled Suzuki Swifts, under the supervision of fully qualified instructors.
Young Driver aims to instil good driving habits long before teens get their provisional licence, and research shows alumni have a lower accident rate in those dangerous first few months after passing their test. But it’s also lots of fun!
