The Plants Fair Roadshow is a unique and vibrant event organised by a celebrated collective of independent nurseries from the South East region. This roadshow presents a fantastic opportunity for plant enthusiasts and gardening fanatics to purchase a diverse range of high-quality plants while engaging with friendly and knowledgeable growers.

Attendees will discover an exceptional array of rare and unique plant species and invaluable expert advice on plant care and gardening techniques. This event is bursting with inspiration and community spirit. It is a must-attend for seasoned and amateur gardeners who want to transform their garden with new and interesting home-grown plants. You will also be able to take home specific knowledge of the plant delivered by the people who have grown it.

From wildflower seed producers to specialists in drought-tolerant and tropical plants, the range of plants and nurseries involved in the Plant Fairs Roadshow (PFR) promises to be extensive in 2025. The show is also home to National Collection holders like Steve Edney and Louise Dowle of The No Name Nursery in Kent, who produce a range of perennials and exotics you won’t find in the garden centre.

Tickets to The Plant Fairs Roadshow are included in the Ramster Garden entry price. As part of your visit, you can explore the historic woodland garden, which spans 25 acres and is famous for its extensive collection of rhododendrons and azaleas that burst into a breathtaking spectacle of colour during spring. Explore the woodland paths to see carpets of vibrant bluebells and discover enchanting sculptures and natural carvings along the way.

Ramster Garden has an accessible route around the garden, and some paths are suitable for wheelchairs. Please ensure you wear sturdy shoes, some of the woodland paths can be slippery when wet. Dogs on leads are welcome in the garden and Tea House.

Ramster Tea House
Ramster Tea House serves a delicious menu with sweet and savoury homemade food. The menu caters to all tastes and dietary requirements, including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. We serve a selection of fresh sandwiches, seasonal soups, delicious cakes, refreshing smoothies, teas, hot drinks, and Ramster’s local blend of coffee. Enjoy a warm, friendly atmosphere and fully accessible indoor and outdoor seating areas. Ramster Tea House is dog friendly.
