The museum is currently developing a sensory garden within the Museum grounds. The sensory garden will be open to everyone but is especially aimed at people with disabilities and additional needs.

The garden is being created by local company Transform on a voluntary basis. The groundwork is nearing completion and so we are in the process of sourcing plants… and this is where you come in! Transform have provided us with a list of plants that are needed to complete the garden. We would be extremely grateful if anyone is able to supply any of the plants listed. Any donated plants would need to be delivered in pots or root balled and labelled.

If you’re able to help, or you know anyone else who might, we would be very grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible, but by the 17th March at the latest. Please email membership@haslemeremuseum.co.uk. Donations would need to be delivered during the week commencing 3rd April.

Huge thanks in advance for your help with completing this exciting project!
