Dates for Advent & Christmas 2023
(Daily Mass is 9am, Sunday Mass is 10am, Divine Office is seven times daily)
Prepare for Christmas by attending their weekly Advent Prayer Group. Led by a lay person, this informal and relaxed group of members of the public comes to the monastery to reflect and discuss the Scriptural readings for the coming Sunday’s Mass during Advent. No knowledge needed; you don’t have to say anything if you don’t want to. Free to attend. Come as often as you like. Meet in the Assisi Room at the rear of the monastery.
Each meeting concludes with the opportunity to attend Compline (Night Prayer) 8.30pm-8.50pm in the Abbey Church with the monks.
Thursday 30th November
