Enjoy a wonderful day at Chichester Cathedral’s Festival Of Flowers and immerse yourself in the breaktaking sight of over 60 splendid arrangements

This year, the Festival Designer is Hannah Howell. With her studio, Tawny Flowers, she’s become known for whimsical designs and sustainable practices, making her collaboration with them for their 14th festival a natural choice.

The theme, ‘Creation,’ promises a journey through the awe-inspiring narrative of Genesis, from the Earth’s beginnings to the vast expanse of the universe and the intricate beauty of terrestrial life. Additionally, as the Festival of Flowers coincides with the 80th anniversary of D-Day, they have special arrangements to commemorate this historic event.

During the Festival of Flowers, alternative arrangements have been made for regular services. Both the Cathedral and the nearby Bishop’s Palace Chapel will host these services, ensuring the continuity of worship during the Festival.  In addition, Bishop’s Palace Chapel will be open during the day for private prayer.
